The product suite
Everything in the box
You provide one thing: a printed card. NfcPress provides everything else β the sales website customers order through, the backend that manages orders, the NFC system, and the dashboard customers use after delivery.
Card Designer
Built-in drag-and-drop editor. Customers upload logos, set fonts, adjust colours, and preview front + back in real time. No design software needed.
NFC + QR Programming
Every card ships with both an NFC chip and a printed QR code. Tap or scan β both redirect to the same URL. Admin panel handles activation in seconds.
Customer Profile Pages
Each card can link to a hosted digital profile β photo, bio, social links, contact buttons, and a one-tap vCard download. No LinkedIn required.
Self-Serve Dashboard
Customers log in (no password β magic link) to update their card URL, toggle direct link mode, edit their profile, and manage links anytime.
Tap Analytics
Every NFC tap is logged: timestamp, country, device type. Customers see their tap count in real time. You see everything in the admin panel.
Bulk Order Management
Upload a CSV to generate personalised cards at scale. Bulk pricing tiers from 10 up to 100+ cards. Admin panel tracks every order from submission to ship.
The operator flow
How it works for you
One person physically touches this order: you, at your printer. The rest β the sales website, order intake, NFC programming, customer emails, dashboard, and analytics β is handled by the platform.
01
Order lands in your inbox
A customer finds your site, picks their material, uploads their design, and submits. You get an instant email. No phone calls. No quoting back and forth. The order is fully specified.
PVC / Walnut / Bamboo Β· 1 to 100+ cards Β· Front + back design upload
02
You print it on your UV printer
Load up your blank NFC cards, run the job on your UV printer. That's it β this is the only step that requires you physically. Everything before and after is handled by the platform.
Your printer, your schedule β NfcPress doesn't touch the hardware
03
Activate in 60 seconds, ship
Open the admin panel, scan the QR code on the blank card, link it to the order β the NFC chip is live. Mark as shipped. The customer gets a confirmation and access to their dashboard.
Customers self-manage their URL and profile from that point β zero ongoing support

What does the platform licence cost?
NfcPress is licensed to one operator at a time β pricing depends on your setup, volume expectations, and whether you need customisation. There is no monthly SaaS fee for your end customers; you set your own card prices and keep the margin. Book a free walkthrough and we will walk through the numbers together.
What is an NFC business card?
An NFC business card is a physical card embedded with a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip. When someone taps it with their smartphone, they are instantly taken to a URL β a digital profile, website, or LinkedIn. No app required. NfcPress cards also include a QR code as a universal fallback.
Do I need special hardware to program the NFC cards?
No special hardware is needed for the digital side β NfcPress programs the NFC redirect via the web admin panel. For printing the physical cards, you use your existing card printer (standard CR80 dimensions). The NFC chip is embedded at manufacturing, not programmed by a handheld writer.
Can my customers update their card URL without reprinting?
Yes. Every cardholder gets access to a self-serve dashboard where they can change their redirect URL anytime. If they change jobs, rebrand, or just want to point the card somewhere new, they do it themselves in under a minute. No support ticket, no reprinting.
What's the minimum order quantity?
A single card. There is no minimum. Bulk discounts kick in at 10+ cards (10% off), scaling up to 40% off for 100+ card orders.
Can I offer this as a white-label service to my clients?
Yes. The NfcPress platform is operated independently β your clients order via a URL you control, cards are programmed via your admin panel, and the product is branded however you want. The underlying platform is NfcPress; what you show clients is up to you.
Do NFC cards work on all phones?
All modern Android and iPhone models support NFC. iPhones require iOS 13+ (2019 onwards) β which covers virtually everyone. The QR code works on everything else, including older phones and desktops.
What is a digital profile page?
NfcPress can host a mini-profile page for each cardholder at a URL like /p/BIZ-0042. It shows their photo, name, bio, social links, and a "Save Contact" button that downloads a vCard. The cardholder can edit all of this from their dashboard. They can also skip the profile page entirely and redirect straight to their website.
How fast can I fulfil an order?
Card activation in the admin panel takes under 60 seconds per card: scan the QR code on the blank card, enter the order ref, confirm. From that moment, the card is live. Print + activation + shipping in a single session is standard.
